   Though there is likely a sobering story behind this book, I can’t wait to read it. Been a fan for 20 years, and seen JC live several times. One of the greats.

   So I am concerned to learn of your present medical problem. I trust you will still deliver work that matters.
   I wondered if you are visiting Bristol on your Book Tour?
